Polish women in London

Polish women in London. News. Living far from home, many Polish women in London face the challenges of everyday life abroad. But thanks to people like Dominika Serafin, they don’t have to go through it alone. Dominika – a mother of three, a coach, and a woman full of passion – has created more than just a fitness group in Cheam, a district in London. She has built a space where women feel supported, take care of their health, and share real friendships.

In just seven months, her Pilates group has grown to 42 women. But these meetings are not only about exercise – they’re a break from daily stress, a chance to relax, talk, and feel truly seen. From the start, Dominika had one clear goal: to create a safe and friendly place where every woman feels important. “I believe every woman has strength inside – not just physical, but emotional too. My mission is to help them find it,” she told us.

An inspiring initiative for Polish women in London

The group doesn’t just meet for workouts. They’ve celebrated Christmas Eve together, gone on walks for Women’s Day, supported each other through weekly WhatsApp challenges, and shared encouraging conversations. They’ve even started outdoor sessions called “Energia Boost by Domi,” and Dominika already plans to launch new classes, including ones for older women.

“I want our mothers, grandmothers, and aunts to feel this energy too. Every woman has great power inside – we just need to bring it out,” she adds.

Dominika’s initiative proves that strength comes from community, kindness, and support. Her group shows that even in a big city, you can find connection and build something truly special.
